Roanne Tadiosa went to BITAG to seek assistance because of the fact that a development corporation refuses to give them the overpayment and the house that they bought.
According to the story, Roanne has been begging Kirkwood Development Corporation to give her the overpayment that she had with the house that she bought.
Since January, she has been constantly asking them about the money but they are not giving her any definite timeline as to when they will be giving it back.
She already lost her patience in waiting in vain. So she decided to ask for help.
Mr. Ben Tulfo was kind enough to tell her that they will be doing their best to give the necessary actions to the company.

Bitag worked with the Business Permit and Licensing Office of Caloocan City, where the said company was situated. The team immediately went to the said office to ask them about the said incident.
The woman who faced the city officials insisted that they couldn’t enter the establishment since they have no papers for the appointment. She also said that they are only operating a satellite office in Caloocan but their main office is situated in Bulacan.

She was then asked if they have the mayor’s permit to operate but they couldn’t give anything.
The following day, the officials of Caloocan locked down the establishment and gave them a closure order. After that, the victims Roanne Tadiosa and Joyce Tan got their refunds back.
