“For better, for worse,
for richer, for poorer,
in sickness and in health,
till death us do part.”
This is the part of the vow which a couple recites during their wedding ceremony, a very meaningful set of promise that two people will be committed to loving and looking after the welfare of each other no matter what kind of challenge life throws at them.
Recently, a man from Oriental Mindoro proved that he did not just recite these vows for the sake of the ceremony but actually practices it in every day of his life.
At first look, you might think he is just an ordinary mall goer who stops by at appliances store to sing a song or two on the karaoke machine being sold in malls, but deep inside, he is doing it not just to gain attention, but for a much deeper reason.
Facebook user Irna Julieta Laurente Balancio happens to witness the man’s noble act and uploaded it on social media. According to Irna, this man is actually trying to serenade some mall goers at Robinsons Calapan in order to raise funds for his wife who is still at the hospital.

According to the man whose name was not disclosed, his wife recently gave birth but could not be released from the hospital since he lacks money to pay their hospital bills. To prove his claim, the man even showed her wife’s medical records.
Good thing, some staff at a certain appliance store allowed him to use the karaoke to use his talent in order to earn money in a clean and decent way. They were surprised that he actually sings well leading for some mall-goers to give hand him a few cash that could help his fundraising.
“Napanood naming kanina sa Robinsons. Nasa hospital daw asawa niya, nanganak, di makalabas. Nanghaharana siya para manghingi ng pera, pinakanata ng mga crew ng Handyman. Magaling kumanta, madami nagbigay, madami pa rin talagang mabubuting puso dito sa atin sa Calapana Or. Mindoro,” Irna wrote.
