Mga Menor-de-Edad na Huli sa Aktong Pangho-Hold Up sa Jeep, Timbog!

Just like a notorious robbing scene straight from an action-packed movie, two suspects were caught running off the busy streets of Manila to escape the area where they just performed a professional robbing stint.

Based on the CCTV footage gathered by authorities, two suspects were caught jumping off a public utility jeepney after robbing one passenger and grabbed her cellphone.

From Ramon Magsaysay Sta. Mesa, Manila, the two suspects run along M. Dela Fuente on their way to Sampaloc, Manila.

The CCTV footage shows how the two suspect attempted to escape authorities with their almost “professional robbing moves”. One suspect was seen removing his gray jacket and tried to disguise as another man in order to confuse authorities, while the other suspect swiftly hides from a street lane as if he was a resident in the area.

As soon as the police officers passed by his hide-out, the second suspect could be seen walking out as if nothing happened.

But their hustler robber move did not go as smoothly as planned as authorities eventually captured them. Further investigation shows that both suspects were minor ages 17 and 18 respectively.

The first suspect who attempted to confuse the officers by removing his jacket is identified as a 17-years-old college student who confessed being an illegal substance dependent, while the second suspect is an 18-year-old student who regrets what he just did.

According to the Manila Police District Sta. Mesa Police Station, this is not the first that the two minors got involved in a robbery incident as they are notorious in what they did.

Some of the victims said that the two culprits indeed move and perform their illegal activity like a pro.

Because of this yet another robbing incident, authorities advised the public to be vigilant with the people around them, especially in public places.

Ruben Ramos Station Commanded of MPD PCP-8 said.
